Finally, the most important part! This work was a team effort between myself, @MarcoDeLa83, @mathgeorgia, Matthieu from @sangerinstitute, and Audrey from @PawseyCentre. We were having fun, solving problems, and when it was all done we were like wow, this is kind of cool right? ☺️

Newly released, @SingularityApp HPC v0.0.45 with a new addition of wrapper scripts! A wrapper script means that instead of generating aliases for container commands, shpc will generate full scripts for you, more ideal for workflow integration or more complex interactions. #shpc
