Amy Acton’s estranged mother knew her husband had a daughter from a previous marriage who’d also accused him of rape.
But when 12-year-old Amy told her mom that he was raping her, instead of concluding she was married to a pedophile rapist she concluded both girls were lying.

Amy Acton’s stepfather was indicted for raping her from ages 9-12, and her mother chose to stay with her rapist until he died. Acton’s mother lost custody of her and her brother following her stepfather’s arrest for rape. She had not spoken to her mother since this happened.
Politics can be dirty, but this is so utterly despicable and such a POS move that if you support this clown, that says a lot about you as a person.
Vivek Ramaswamy's campaign responds to the horrific ad featuring Amy Acton's estranged and abusive mother. They don't deny they played a part in it.
It is very difficult to imagine a world in which Acton's estranged mom did not get paid for this, and the payment wouldn't have had to come from Vivek's campaign directly.
