You conflate aggregate risk (total volume) with relative propensity (rate), arguing the majority’s larger absolute crime count negates the minority’s higher density, which is Base Rate Neglect. You employ the Nirvana Fallacy to dismiss signals lacking "perfect" demographic controls and commit the Genetic Fallacy by attacking the source rather than the math. Your selective rejection of per capita stats for crime, while accepting them for GDP, constitutes Special Pleading.
