we’re going to kill a one trillion dollar industry.
we’re building Hedwig: one visual workspace that connects your tools and gives your agent the full picture, and going after the biggest players like google and meta.

Instinct-to-Instinct network
Since the launch of the Instinct-to-Instinct network last week, Instincts have coordinated over 300k+ times with the most trusted people in users’ lives.
Today, we're making two improvements to the network.
(1) Support for direct file delivery
Instincts can now share PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and other files directly with each other. The receiving agent receives the original file in its workspace, and can analyze it, edit it, or use it in ongoing work. This enables richer collaboration: exchanging proposals, combining travel plans, comparing spreadsheets, or passing finished work between your Instincts.
Every file that’s transferred between Instincts is encrypted end-to-end between the sender and recipient.
(2) Trusted network invitation links
Invitation links make it easier to add people to your trusted network. You can access your link by asking your Instinct or copying it from your Workspace. When you share your link with someone, they can seamlessly send you a connection request. If they're not yet on Instinct, your connection link will also serve as a referral link that they can use to sign up for Instinct.
Every connection request still requires explicit approval on your end. You can also generate new links and invalidate old ones.
Anyone can get my friend’s real SSN from Claude
I'm Terrified of my data in training sets. Emails in databases. iMessages harvested. Cant trust the cloud as AI is crazy good at hacking
So I built Underdog for myself: on-device AI OS. Capable & 100% local. now my friends love it

Excited for what @callmeyoung93 @yjbdrr @MikeSun_X are building in @openacti1 ⌨️
An agentic keyboard that lives in every app and slots in perfectly into what is the most used, yet least changed surface on our mobile phones since the iPhone first came out in 2007 📱
ACTI 💕
The last major keyboard moment was in 2007,
when Apple put the keyboard on glass.
Nearly 20 years later, we're introducing:
Acti @openacti1, the Agentic Keyboard.
Not another AI keyboard that fixes grammar.
Not another voice keyboard that types faster.
An invisible agent in every text field.
It doesn't predict your next word.
It takes your next action. 👇

we've been taking our agent into the wild.
we ask strangers one question: talk to your phone like you actually want to.
oat vanilla latte from @Starbucks, a ride to the ferry building, a hinge tool on @amazon. done, done, done.
we've watched enough of these to call the reactions now.
the one we hear most: this is way better than siri.

AGI in the Wild, part one. what would you ask it first?

SaaS is DEAD.
Nothing beats a “free” open-source agent stack at just $1,245/month 😁

Say Hello to William 👋
The first AI agent with a phone.
5 billion hours this year will be spent tapping the same buttons on a phone.
Testing games. Navigating App. Doing repetitive workflows.
We think that should be 0.

I built a 1-click deploy for Hermes Agent
No terminal, no Docker, no API keys.
In one click it:
→ Spins up a dedicated cloud container
→ Configures Hermes with persistent memory & 70+ skills
→ Connects it to your Telegram bot
→ Goes live in under 60 seconds
Your own AI agent that learns, creates skills, and gets smarter the longer it runs.
Reply "HERMES" + RT and I'll send you the link (must be following so I can DM)

Introducing One.
The simplest way to connect and monitor AI agents to hundreds of apps.
And we’re open-sourcing the world’s largest integration database powering it: 47,000 agentic actions across 250+ apps.
RT + comment “One” for access & 1M free API requests/month.
Bytez 0.1 beats Opus, Gemini Pro, and GPT-5.4 across benchmarks.
Achieved without spending millions on GPUs.
Karpathy recently said LLM ensembles are "under-explored."
He vibe-coded a weekend prototype to test the idea.
We've been building the production version for 2 years. Bytez 0.1 is a Web-Scale MoE — instead of training one massive model, we fuse thousands of models into a single intelligence.
Instead of training intelligence, we absorb it.
More benchmarks dropping soon.
What's a faster path to a v1 of AGI?
A) One massive model that tries to be an expert on everything
B) Thousands of experts fused into one
I’ve had a great chat with @dfolloni about how skills work, how to design them and how to distribute them.

O @okaris me contou tudo sobre como ele está usando SEO para agentes (aka: GEO) para tornar a skill que ele criou uma das mais baixadas do mundo. Esse video ta imperdível. Pra quem quiser assistir: youtu.be/rQ61RGI3DFk?si=j4Qn…

Introducing Workshop: cloud + on-device agentic AI.
And to celebrate, we're giving away $250k in @GeminiApp AI credits. (details below).
The future of AI work is neither cloud-based nor local.
It's both.
In Workshop Cloud, you can use agents powered by frontier models like @claudeai and/or open source models like @Zai_org's GLM-5 to build internal tools, dashboards, and AI web apps. Or, breeze through tasks like managing your Google and Meta Ads.
In Workshop Desktop, you can do all the same right on your computer, plus make desktop apps, mobile apps, and 3D creations.
Our favorite part?
You can power the full agent experience with local models like Qwen 3.5 family on your computer. Fully offline.
2026 is the year in which local models for agentic tasks will become viable for mainstream use. But the setup for tools like OpenClaw is like setting up Linux from scratch on your computer.
Workshop Desktop is one-click to install on Windows, Mac, and Linux. It recommends which open source model you should use for your hardware and lets you download and run it right in the app. And its agent harness allows you to chat, create websites, build personal utilities, and analyze data. 100% offline. Or multitask with AI models in the cloud while running other agent threads locally.
Start in Workshop Cloud when you want flexibility and speed. Download your project and continue in Workshop Desktop when you want local files, privacy, and/or better performance on large code bases. Publish from either.
The agent tooling space is maturing and discerning users have come to expect a lot from their tools. We've packed Workshop with features to help you 10x your productivity.
- Native support for skills
- Autocompaction for seamless context management
- Built-in AI for your apps
- Dozens of connectors, like Google Drive, Big Query, and Supabase
- dbt integration to ground your dashboards in your semantic layer
- Native Github integration
- Private app deployment
- ... and more
(+ we're shipping super fast)
