Gareth 'MisteM' Ries will become the 8th South African CS player to compete at a Major when he plays at the PGL Major Singapore 2026.
This picture was taken 8 years ago. Its been a pleasure to watch him develop into the leader he is today. And theres still so much to come 🇿🇦

That #BLASTPremier final was so good! Drama, huge plays and super compelling storylines. Makes the Major look a bit sad by comparison.

I'll be casting a couple CCT North Europe group stage matches this evening!
First up - kennyS' @FalconsEsport v @AnonymoEsports
Afterwards - @illuminaRGaming v @777esports
First time I've had the pleasure of casting a kennyS game and I'm stoked 🔥
That's the first Major playoff stage of CS:GO that I haven't watched. Off server stuff aside, the matchups & therefore storylines were just not that interesting, I'm sad to say.
BO3 & seeding all the way through for the next Major pls. Random seeding sucks.

I cannot wait to get on the mic this weekend alongside this legend. One team will qualify to compete against 3 other African teams. First time since 2017 we'll have foreign teams on home soil.
This weekend's regional finals will be casted by @LighteRTZ & @hazecastings 😎🙌
Don't forget to tune in on twitch.tv/intelafricamasters this Saturday & Sunday! 🔥💪 GLHF to all the players! 🤩😄

Ecstatic to let everyone know im going to be apart of the RMR 🤩 I'll just be doing the one game but its going to be a massive one. I'll be casting the 2-2 matchup so the winner qualifies for the Major and the loser is eliminated. Super grateful for the opportunity 🙏

Super happy to announce my partnership with @ATNattax for the next ESEA season! They're an org with a huge amount of pride, history and culture and I'm grateful to be a part of all of it 🔥🙏
The upcoming @ESEA Advanced Season would just be half the fun without proper accompaniment! Which is why we couldn't be happier to announce @hazecastings as our new CS:GO caster!

How the local gaming community is still under the impression that you need a 20-30k inverter system connected to your house to run your pc through loadshedding is beyond me. Use the little hell rectangle in your hand to search around on the internet for something other than porn

Alan isn’t wrong 😂 all this hate… having power backup in ZA for your esports “career” is becoming more and more required. Your GPU, CPU, Sim rig & now a power alternative are required fam.

I just uploaded my interview with @MisteMtv and we discussed really cool topics. Definitely one of my favourite interviews ive done. Among other things he shed detailed light on:
- ATKs roster saga
- Events past & upcoming
- How hes developed as an IGL
Link is in my bio 👏
