Brother just revamp your service ecosystem. Yesterday received a call which arranged a servicing at Govind Marg Adarsh Nagar Jaipur centre when I reached there, they refused to repair. What have you created man? Please sell Ola to a responsible person.

Received a call from Ola for breakdown service arrangement at Ola service centre at Jaipur but they told no facilities to repair bike there and no such request was arranged. Shameful Ola & pathetic service goes on. Can't arrange service booking in app and no service centre to go

After so much backlash I thought Ola would have improve & purchased Ola Roadster X bike as I drove Ola S1 and find it best scooter. Now, I can't book service request of dead bike through app & neither any other mode. Shame on Ola.

Today completed one month of bike insurance and registration. Without delivery I am enjoying the ride with Ola on X. It has been a fabulous journey with Ola where I daily send emails and tweets and in signature style of Ola NOBODY CARES.

Once you pay the money, you can't find the bike. Thats a fact. I just wanted to know why my bike insured and registered a month back when delivery was not feasible. I sent a thousand email just to know the delivery date.
