Public (government) schools need to be exposed to the free market. If they can't compete, then the money needs to go to the systems that best meet the needs of children. We won't need to "dismantle" public schools; they will wither and die on their own.

School Based Mental Health Services have been the BIGGEST waste of educational dollars and time I’ve seen in decades. We know FOR CERTAIN it’s not working yet we are still giving millions to these companies providing them.
