I've failed more times than I can count.
19 businesses. Lost about a million and a half on a comic book company once, that one still stings.
But every person I know who failed, learnt from it and went again... made it. Every one.
The only people who don't make it are the ones who stopped.
And nobody wants to hear that, because it means there's nothing in the way except you.

🇬🇧JUST IN: UK completed the world's FIRST interbank transactions using tokenized pound deposits.
Lloyds, NatWest and Barclays, managing £1.52 TRILLION, just carried out mortgage transactions using blockchain-based versions of bank deposits.
In simple terms, bank deposits were turned into digital tokens and moved between banks.
I am really considering opening up @thechaincademy source code - make it an open source project and give back to the community.
If anybody wants to collaborate give me a shout !
I know @thechaincademy changed the focus a couple of times and this is something that I am painfully learning.
Focus and research is one step that I need to spend the most time in it.
So, back to the beginning, Chain will be fully dedicated to the career progress of engineers and the trust on recruiting is another problem that will be solved for another time.
I was so tired the entire weekend and coldn't do much, but incredible how sometimes is good to step back to regain energy.
I was able to do 2 days job in maybe 3 hours this Monday morning 😂 Even tho I had 3 meetings already !
Your best engineer failed your interview loop.
You just don’t know it, because they never made it past round two.
We screen for the person who can invert a binary tree under a timer. Then we hire them into a job that’s 10% algorithms and 90% ambiguous requirements, half-broken legacy code, and a Slack thread nobody wants to own.
The signal we should be chasing: give them a messy real problem, watch what they ask before they write anything.

🚨HUGE: Telegram's core domain has been suspended by the .me registry
Telegram’s primary domain, t[.]me, has been placed on serverHold status, removing it from the global DNS and potentially rendering all core links inaccessible.
The change took effect today, though neither Telegram, the registry, nor the backend operator Identity Digital have issued any public statements.
In another moment of creative evenings 😂 I created a tool to help the founders we have been working with.
One of the biggest questions about building a product is if is even worth it and who is buying it.
Loads of learnings while using this agent to simulate and predict the adoption of a product ♥️
