If you are a VRChat player and against gen ai, cancel your subscription.
Vrchat themselves stated that 95% of users want labels for gen ai usage, but decided themselves that they disagree so they won't do anything about it.
The only way for a change is to get their attention
A few weeks ago, we asked the community to submit feedback on how they felt about AI in VRChat.
Here's our takeaways and next steps:

"NSFW" accounts are going to be fine. if you ever posted anything vaguely "lewd" you were already flagged and restricted long before, now you can actually see to what degree. just be sure to tag stuff accordingly.
Just like AI, there is no reason to "retire from art" over this.
This is ridiculous @discord @discord_support
You state that the content posted through my main account violates the community guidelines, I do not deny that, but your message does not state whether it was "me" who posted it. I notified you of the hack on Oct 18 and still banned

If you are gonna use AI generated content to promote your product, I ain't gonna buy shit from you. Hire real people and real artists. Not robots.

Discord is about to put your public messages on Google
Discord will start making messages from Discoverable public servers searchable on Google and other search engines from mid-December.
The feature is ON by default in most regions, but you can opt out:
User Settings → Data & Privacy → turn off “Show my message content from Discoverable channels on web pages.”
In the EU, UK, Canada, Brazil, Australia and South Korea, it will be OFF by default.
Private servers, DMs and group DMs are not included. Usernames and avatars won’t appear alongside indexed messages.

Im so ready for a new platform that actually gives a shit about artists…
It seems impossible to grow on this app.
Just making sure I understand this correctly:
It is now ILLEGAL for furries to be successful and do fun things for themselves from time to time, because miserable internet furries got jealous and just want a reason to hate on someone?
Life's too short to be THIS miserable y'all.

Are these “NEW TWITTER ALGORITHM EXPLAINED” posts really legit? Or just engagement bait/fear mongering cuz my art posts behave the same way as they did since I first started this account. You draw something people want to see and relate to, it gains traction, as simple as that

Goodbye nsfw...I don't know where to post my NSFW art anymore

All this hysteria and people nuking their accounts and starting over and will ultimately get the markers immediately again with the same posting behaviour.
This isn’t new, it’s always been this way since the days of the blue bird; I’ve had the toggle ‘mark posts as may contain sensitive media’ turned on manually for years. It hasn’t impacted my reach, hasn’t hurt my discovery. It just hides blatantly NSFW adult content from accounts without a verified age, or their preferences set to not see adult/sensitive content. People have a right to try and manage the content they see on their timeline.
By moving to a new account. You’re only massively impacting your reach just to skirt an forcibly applied content marker you should’ve turned on in the first place if you’re posting adult/sensitive content, and you’ll quickly get it applied to your new account if you post on that account with it toggled off again.
If you toggle it on while posting sensitive media, then toggle it off for your SFW posts, you’ll see improved reach, and the ability to choose remains if you use it responsibly.
X cracking down on lewd content is absolutely insane. I remember when Elon was busy rigging the last election, my feed which is normally vrchat content was just a back to back streamline of police brutality content or just straight street fight curb stomping.
I had to block every single account I saw for weeks before my content normalized again. No content on my profile has ever been anything but art and vrchat. And I've never searched outside of that.
I get lewd content can have its place, but nuking people for showing boobs, and instead forcing people to view just literal murder is the play?
This platform is fucking insane. Smh

Idk if people read the ToS, but it's plainly stated here. If you label your nsfw properly, your account won't get flagged.
The post won't have SFW visibility, but you won't get a permanent NSFW account flag.
I've seen people say multiple times now that accounts that have posted NSFW content in the past remain permanently flagged, meaning their posts will never be shown to non-followers again, even if they switch to posting exclusively SFW content. Apparently, this severely impacts their reach. Is there any truth to this? Are there any artists who can confirm this? I'm considering whether it might be better to start a new account, because at this rate, my reach is never going to improve, and this would explain why.
