Interesting that this gentleman, who has declared himself an "accidental landlord" not so long ago, has grown his property portfolio to six addresses, hosts a podcast about his plans to retire at 42, and still wishes to project to the world that he's broke.
"You might be lucky to have a few hundred euro left over by the time everything is accounted for. And that's the best case scenario".
Irish Independent columnist Michael Houghton tells Claire Byrne that being a landlord in Ireland isn't as lucrative as it's made out to be, and that €10,000 can be spent each time a tenant moves out.

The absolute height of nonsense out of Delaney here. His own bitterness toward big clubs radiates out of him.
Rabbits on about “only 90m a year” and how City won it on the pitch… with players they wouldn’t have been able to buy if they didn’t cheat ffs!
A bad, bad fool

It’s funny all the journalists reporting the BREAKING NEWS of the #Budget2027 when 90+% of it has been leaked in advance to test the waters

Weird that 3 US companies -- Apple (€4.1bn), Microsoft (€5.6bn) and Eli Lilly (€5.7bn) -- now pay for people's heating oil, pension increases and tax cuts in this Budget.
Near directly/ They file windfall taxes = we hike social spending and cut our income tax. Utter dependence
I’d put as much stock in this as those “economic impact reports” that say the NFL/Ryder Cup/GAA brings a bajillion euro into the economy
In what world does bloody hare coursing provide 70 million quid to the economy a year
The Irish Coursing Club has refused to provide evidence for its claim, repeated by the junior minister for agriculture, that hare coursing adds €70m to the Irish economy annually.
It comes ahead of a Dáil vote to ban the blood sport tomorrow night.

BREAKING: FAI Chief Executive David Courell has confirmed the FAI would have faced over €10 million in losses if they had not fulfilled Sunday's UEFA Nations League fixture with Israel.
Mr Courell told an Oireachtas Committee the FAI would have faced ‘multiples’ of the €10.3 million in losses it had calculated if Ireland were relegated from UEFA Nations League C.

Good, we weren’t getting a final season of Mindhunter anyway, he, and hopefully the industry in general, is better off being done with Netflix bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
Having got to see them in Croker, and having already seen ‘em play Slane, I wasn’t devastated to not get tickets this time around.
Setlist surely be 80% same as the 2025 tour and a bit longer maybe?
The beatings will continue…

Gabby Agbonlahor has ripped into Manchester City and the damage they did to Aston Villa between 2009 and 2018
City have been found guilty on all but one of the 115 charges relating to breaches of the Premier League’s financial regulations
#avfc went on to be relegated in 2016 and Agbonlahor has levelled part of the blame at #mcfc
"I played in that era, 2009 to 2018. We got relegated in 2016, for six seasons I played in it You know what they did in 2009? They took our best player, Gareth Barry.
"You know what they did in 2010? They took our best player, James Milner. You know what they did in 2014? They took our best player, Fabian Delph.
"As a Villa player in that era. a bunch of cheaters have taken our best players, we've gone to the Etihad and got some spankings from Yaya Toure, Sergio Aguero and David Silva, where did they get the money from to buy these players?"
Again, I know it’s serious but this sounds hilariously childish. A grown man
