if macOS only checks the license when you open the app, why don’t we just open it before macOS checks

Due to an unexpected wave of legal pressure, we've temporarily paused Open Waters releases. We're currently coordinating on how we want to continue, but as of now we're unable to share more details on this. — OW

Definitely! It'll be open source upon public release - only pending license finalization (MIT, BSD, etc.) and codebase checks.

Interestingly, every app requested so far is one we already have in our folder. And that's just a fraction of our catalog.

In case you missed it, we ran into some last-minute issues with the latest SoundSource, so we had to swap today's and tomorrow's releases. We got it working 30 minutes ago, but we'd rather take the extra time to make sure it's stable.

6/7 apps work. We've discovered a last minute issue with one of them. Unfortunately we have to postpone the release a bit to make sure all today's releases have no issues, as our releases focus on quality, not quantity. Thank you for understanding.
