Yes and No. Yes, I would remove it from her attic to my garage. There I would slowly go through it, check for valuable items, list things for sale and/or find local places to sell items to. Once everything is sold or donated (no value items) then give the money to the old lady.

Make it a Federal crime to provide any services to illegals (housing, food, phones, etc.), Federal crime to employ them, then do the bank thing but add that they must prove the assets were earned through real work, not some scam stealing tax payer money. Cut off the grift!!!
