Tips for Streamers (#79): 📺 My PERSONAL Twitch Ads Manager settings! Ads are a personal choice for every streamer, but here's what I've decided works best for MY channel: 📢 Fewer ads: I'd rather have people stick around and chat with me than feel like they're constantly being interrupted by ads. 📢 Pre-rolls OFF: I want brand-new visitors to have a chance to watch my stream right away instead of being hit with an ad before they even see my content... 📢 Display ads ON: I recently turned these on so people who can't afford to sub (or simply don't want to) can still hear my stream while ads are running. (Hopefully this keeps viewers from leaving) 🤞 There's no one-size-fits-all answer for ad settings... Think about your community, your priorities, and what works best for your community and monetization goals. 💜

🔥 HOT TAKE 🔥 Hot take as a stream team owner: I genuinely don't care how many viewers you average. I'd rather have someone with 3 viewers who genuinely wants to connect with people than someone with 100 viewers who only cares about numbers. Community will ALWAYS mean more to me. 🩷
