Agent harness or guitar hero harness - that's the real question.
But for those that couldn't make it to the meetup on Wednesday, here are some other topics I covered with @jacsebl and @bakarbuwe:
- AI is requiring most start-ups to hire more, not fewer, engineers.
- Successful meta-engineering takes time and experimentation but gets you shipping faster.
- AI that's valuable for enterprises is designed with adoption and enablement in mind.
Thanks to all who came, and if these topics resonate with you, make sure to check out our open roles!

Final slots remaining for tomorrow's @ConductAI x @WeAreLegora engineering meetup!
If you're one of London's top engineers and you're fully focussed on building, sign up in the comments ⬇️
We'll kick things off with a fireside between me and @jacsebl, hosted by our very own @bakarbuwe, before an evening of games, food, and drinks in Shoreditch.
Hope to see you there!
Join us at the Arcade 👾🕹️
We've got a few spots left for our @ConductAI x @WeAreLegora engineering meetup at NQ64! You'll hear from both phenomenal CTOs moderated by me!
Looking forward to seeing you all there! Link below 👇

I applied to YC 10 times and failed.
If you know me then you will know how important this has been for me. I grew up reading @paulg's essays. And watching startup school videos was the reason I wanted to do a startup in the first place.
Although I have always had a side hustle, I could never go all in because my dad (who passed away 3 years ago) was diagnosed with cancer. So I had to go all in on my dad's health instead. And I would talk to him about our plans and ambitions and he would get really excited with me. He always encouraged us to pursue our own thing. And I know he would have been very excited for us now.
This is probably the greatest time to build a startup as we go through the biggest technological shift the world has ever seen. I always remember @bchesky's words that the biggest gift you can get in life is for someone to believe in you. And I am incredibly grateful to have found a believer in @xuster and @gralston.
The lesson I've learned is: just don't give up. Your main job running a startup is to never give up. Even if it takes 10 applications, just keep going.
Leave a page in the history books for what is about to come from this team because @FabraixHQ is part of @ycombinator.
We're just getting started.
At @ConductAI we've grown like crazy! Not long ago @mikolaj_power and I were onsite building server racks(ish) for shiny GPUs.
Now we've just raised $60m to build the AI Operating System for Enterprise Software with a team of London's smartest and funniest builders!
If you love winning, we're hiring in LDN/NYC! Come take a seat at the winning table 👇
London's hottest new startup just dropped!
We've raised a $60m Series A from @IndexVentures, @ICONIQCapital, and @SAP.

We make enterprises run at startup speed. And we make our employees run 5k at 7am on a Monday.

This is actually insane. I'm beyond shocked right now.
Dr @ayokhalil8 is literally one of the most peaceful people I know.
He exercises restraint in the most intense of situations.
A doctor being arrested for protesting medical attention for a hunger strike is the most insane thing for the police to do.

🤖 Your Personal AI Automation Engineer!
You've seen how tools like n8n and Zapier can help build automation. But what if you could have AI really understand your intent, without needing any technical knowledge at all?
That's exactly what our new Codewords Agent built on top of MCPs delivers.
Ditch the JSON copy-pasting and the struggle with complex visual builders. With Codewords, you simply describe your automation in plain English, and our agent gets to work:
✨ It builds the entire workflow for you, not just bits and pieces.
🚀 It deploys directly - no more manual steps.
🧠 It creates custom, intelligent agents for any task, handling emails, Slack messages, and so much more.
⚡️ It helps you ship automations 10x faster, completely eliminating tech bottlenecks.
Our Codewords Agent leverages the true power of AI to interpret your needs and dynamically build code-first solutions. It's like having a full-time, intuitive backend engineer who understands you, ready to scale your automations with speed and flexibility.
Watch our Codewords agent in action, calling tools to build, validate and deploy a twitter summary to slack workflow.

We’ve achieved AGI: Artificial Gastro Intelligence.
Today we’re publicly launching Epicure, the world’s most advanced culinary AI, powered by actual science of how food ingredients are paired.
Our PhD @jaklerad has refined the dataset and created a 300-dimensional, best-performing food pairing model to date, spanning >1000 food ingredients.
To prove that, we've made our research publicly accessible through a simple recipe generator.
