Our petition for a public inquiry into Britain’s role in Gaza has hit 10,000 signatures.
Now, let’s get it to 100,000 to force a debate.
The public deserves to know the full scale of Britain’s complicity in genocide.

Calgary’s opera house has removed bass singer Gabriel Sanchez-Ortega from his role in future performances of ‘Tosca’ after he raised a Palestinian flag on stage.
The singer says he has no regrets, while the opera house called his action a violation of company policy.

If your ideology (Zionism) leads you to kill Palestinians on an ongoing basis for 78 years for picking olives, maybe the problem is your ideology, not the people picking olives?
In Spring 1948, while Jewish militias were in the process of expelling hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from their homes, Jewish colonizers in Palestine also began to harvest & steal Palestinian crops from their farms and fields. The reaping was "crucial to the war effort," as one Zionist leader put it.
Liberal Zionists don't like it when the Israeli army and its proxy militias steal Palestinian crops in Gaza and the West Bank, yet stealing Palestinian crops lied at the core of the establishment of the State of Israel.
What could be more Zionist than stealing Palestinian land and turning it into Jewish land? That is, standing on one foot, Zionism.

Completely absurd & disgraceful
"Sally Rooney says she can no longer sell books in UK due to Palestine Action support. She can no longer receive royalties from British sales and she cancelled UK trip due to fear of arrest"

Since September, the Saudi war in Yemen has displaced at least 130,000 people from their homes. A staggering 17 million people face hunger.
Britain's support for this catastrophic war - and its complicity in horrendous suffering - must end. Where is the strategy for peace?

What the UK Is Doing to Pro-Palestine Novelist Sally Rooney Is an Act of Orwellian Villainy
‘… It was the government of Keir ‘Israel has a legal right to cut water and electricity to Palestinians’ Starmer, laughably, a former human rights lawyer, that proscribed it under the UK Terrorism Act 2000, placing it on the same footing as al-Qaeda. By pledging her earnings to Palestine Action, Rooney placed herself at risk of arrest if she enters the UK. Now, her publishers can’t pay her for her work, and she’s been forced to withdraw all her books from sale in the UK. It is an extraordinary act of Orwellian villainy, censorship, and oppression by the UK. If they can shut down one of the most popular writers of her time, what other line won’t they cross?
It is an absurdity so mind-bending to think that today the current president of Syria, Ahmed al-Sharaa, who rampaged through Syria as the commander of the al-Qaeda offshoot Jabhat al-Nusra, could land in the UK and be received at 10 Downing Street, but Sally Rooney could be arrested on arrival on terrorism charges.’

The government has officially blocked my call for a public inquiry into Britain's role in Gaza.
Delaying scrutiny will not make questions about British complicity in genocide disappear - and we will never give up until we have brought about justice for the Palestinian people.

Update: two banks have refused my applications to open an account.
So far I have been debanked by @LloydsBank, suspended by @Revolut (awaiting appeal outcome) and banned from @PayPal.
This is the price of opposing 'israel' in occupied Britain.

@LloydsBank refused to give me a reason for closing my accounts. The advisor could only submit a 'complaint' to request one.
It can take 8 weeks.
Meanwhile, I cannot pay my bills or access my money. I must wait for a cheque and find another bank.
This is political persecution.

Can anyone remember the last time @BBCNews interviewed a Palestinian about their experience of the racism of Zionism? Having spent the last two weeks interviewing elderly Nakba survivors in Jordan, driven off their land in their teens because of their ethnicity and religion, I'd be happy to suggest some astonishingly articulate victims of Israeli racism who would be only too happy to tell their tragic stories of eviction, slaughter and dispossession. It is like reporting on the Civil Rights movement in the US and only interviewing outraged Whites

A Palestinian father was shot dead by an Israeli sniper while trying to retrieve his son’s body after Israeli forces killed the child.
The footage was documented by journalist Hassan Salih, who was later killed by Israel on May 13, 2025, while covering the atrocities in Gaza.

Israeli settlers attacked and beat up American Washington Post journalist Heidi Levine. As the video shows, she is clearly marked as Press.
The Israeli mob clearly couldn't care less. Nor is there evidence that they care whether the journalists they regularly attack are American or not.
Makes you wonder: if people like Amb. Huckabee and his advisor David Milstein didn't use U.S. taxpayers' money to systematically provide the settlers with impunity even when they attack Americans, would these Israeli settlers feel so comfortable beating up American journalists?
