2. That Flickr site has images that zoom larger if you keep clicking them, and drop-down species accounts. In many cases these are the only decent species accounts (or images) you can find for some insect species. I've also added hyperlinks to @NBNAtlas maps, key papers etc.😇👍

I honestly thought last week the future looked brighter. It’s now obvious watching this slippery bunch of truth twisters fight like rats in a sack we can expect the same lies, bull*** & cruelty until they are all thrown from office for good. I’m ready for them. Who’s with me?

Seriously concerning waste management (seemingly linked to Tooting athletics track refurb?) And blocking trail to Graveney woods. Could @wandbc plus hold its contractors to account and clear up?

Please don't replace turf with plastic grass. It:
🐝 Offers no food and shelter to wildlife
🌱 Has a high carbon footprint
⚠️ Wears out and ends up in landfill
🐬 Sheds microplastics which wash into rivers & the sea
💦 Worsens flooding
🙈 Looks rubbish

Quite unbelievable. Britain takes Golds in 2 of the 4 UCI Cyclo-cross world championships, Women Junior (Zoe Backstedt) & Men Elite (Tom Pidcock). And we got Bronze in the Men Junior (Nathan Smith). This is a huge sport in many countries and we are now a huge part of it! 🚴♀️🇬🇧
