@BELFASTCITY_Aimprove signage for international arrivals. Arrived from Palma followed directions re belts 1 & 2 ( go to Belt 2 if 1 not in operation - it wasn't) ended up at Belt 2 and told we could not go back to belt 1 until all passengers had been through passport control...
