Enjoying the beauty of an #Alberta #winter sky on a drive home from a #facilitation session.

A glorious sunrise helps me start my first day of work in 2024. A good omen for brilliant experiences in the new year. #facilitation #NewYear #2024Goals #yyc #planning #sunrise #beauty #inspiration

I enjoyed interesting & challenging #facilitation experiences this week with #leadership #teams. I'm still learning from #participants after several decades as a facilitator. Follow their need. I love my work. #discussion #conversations #strategicplanning #vision #purpose #goals

Aah, autumn! #beauty #yyc #pathways #longwalks #fall #autumn #relaxation #inspiration

Three umbrellas today on our back deck clearly say it was a hot sunshine day! Yeah, #summer in #yyc.

Beauty in the city. Light in the Night walk. This is another great image for #facilitation #yyc #light #night #walk

A strategic conversation is one that has the potential to influence the future direction of an individual, an organization, a community, society or the world. Credit: @DavidGurteen

I was just awarded a great #facilitation and #strategicplanning project with a new client for the start of 2023. What a great gift as I slow down for the #holidays.

It's been 2.5 years since I traveled on the Red Arrow bus from #yyc to #yeg. A #Covid impact. It seems equally different and the same.🤔 It's another lingering effect of the past two years. #work #meetings #facilitation #colleagues #clients #wintertravel

An invigorating early morning walk. Coffee in down-mitted hand, sky turning pink, and temperature warming. #yyc #winter #walk #nature #coffee #sunrise #fitness #pathways #neighbourhood #community

Facilitating today with @CalgaryArtsDev at the 2022 Congress in the beautiful Central Library. How lucky! @calgarylibrary #facilitation #yyc #arts #library

Enjoyed my early morning workout at the "gym." 😆 Only the gym was outside and the activity was shoveling snow. Great way to get charged up for a day of #facilitation. #snow #shoveling #gym #fitness #workout

And so it begins. #yyc. #WinterIsComing #winter #beauty

Fall leaves in our backyard...because it's a beautiful day in #yyc to start #thanksgiving weekend. I'm grateful for a #home with leaves to rake, for #nature, for #beauty, for #health, for my #facilitation career, and for #family, #friends, #community. #grateful #fall #autumn

Fun time over the past two days participating in #CollabFest2022 with @butter_hq. One key learning is the unique features of Butter. I'll explore them for #online work.

Bring your furry dog friend to our neighbourhood pee gravel pit stop. Thanks to creative neighbours for this fun addition to our street. #bestplacetolive #yyc #valleyridge #dogs #community #neighbours #friends #fun #belonging

Warning: cat picture! I'm getting a little help from my friend, Lily, as I put together the last details for a five-day work and play road trip. #facilitation #work #business #roadtrip #play #cat #companion

In-person #facilitation again! The room is set up as per client's wishes, flipcharts are made, hand sanitizers on the tables. It has been 5 months since my last #inperson session & it is exciting & strange. I'm assessing pros & cons of #f2f & #online. #strategicplanning #teams

"The question is not what you look at, but what you see." (Thoreau) Unique picture ... what do you see? Light? Darkness? Contrast? Adventure? Claustrophobic place? This could be a fun #question in #online #facilitation. #hiking #exploring #adventure
