HORRIBLE! 💔💔💔
#Vikings QB JJ McCarthy was stopped by I.C.E. and asked to provide papers while outside U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota.
McCarthy didn’t have his birth certificate on him and TRIED telling the agents he was a NFL quarterback. McCarthy even threw a PASS to one of the agents to prove he was actually a player.
The pass was ultimately INTERCEPTED by a protester and McCarthy was then detained for 18 hours before being released earlier today. 😬

“It’s a process. It’s a way you go about doing things. It’s a high standard, high expectation, it’s accountability. It’s discipline, commitment, toughness, work ethic, pride. It’s wanting to be great vs. wanting to be normal,” Curt Cignetti
The difference is within you.

"I love football, I love competition, it makes me go. I'm a pretty simple guy."
"I like tape, I like studying ball. I like getting better. I feel compelled to improve & get better every single day. I do firmly believe you get better or you get worse, you never stay the same. And if you're not striving, someone else is and they're catching your ass."
"One thing I am is structured/organized & I break it down to the smallest component. I got thousands & thousands of cutups & I'm making them every single day, that's what I love to do."

A mantra I repeat to myself endlessly:
“I was born to do this.”
To live a remarkable life, it’s hard, scary, and lonely.
Remind yourself of this mantra then FEARLESSLY attack the most beautiful version of your life.
Universe is on your side - it’s why you’re here.

Tom Brady said, "We were so prepared and so focused, we were the opposite of tight."
"We were always relaxed because we had the answers to the test."
Preparation builds confidence.
When you prepare well - you focus on execution not external pressure.
