I agree, the roads have been so empty that my commute has come down to 15 minutes. I suspect the Bodas haven’t reduced in number though. The road seems to be full of them. Someone should get @charlesgava_256 access to the camera and traffic light data to quantify it for us well

Hacking Uganda is so hard not because of good cybersecurity but poor internet and electricity . As a hacker you be kufumbaring your thing then boom client has lost internet or electricity has disconnected the two of you.
