The latest: QQL Studios, created by @liquidmarbles and inspired by earlier work from @wchargin and @pastelles.
You'll find every setting from qql.art, plus advanced filters for color, dot size, flow angle, and structure; high-res renders up to 9600px; and animated playback.

For March's QQL Monthly exploration, QQL Council Member, @barwhof is leading the theme:
"We are looking for QQLs that intentionally make use of the Margin = None setting.
The “none” margin can create a bit more tension where the attention is drawn outward. It can give the impression that the image is cropped, as if is only a part of something larger and/or you can play differently with the focal point. It may feel more dispersed and/or create a sense of motion.
I would like to challenge everyone to play with Margin = None. This can be a single QQL, but also a duo (or more), as long as it’s a deliberate attempt to experiment with this setting. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s creations this month. Have fun!
For a bit more information about Margin, see the QQL Docs (link in next post)"

I took a big risk publishing this book and now my office is full of unsold copies. Please buy my book. It’s very nice!
RASTER (the book) is finally here! It documents the @artblocks_io curated project featuring in-depth descriptions, a guest essay, and the entire project code and hashes. Beautifully hardback bound with a limited edition dust jacket.

It’s time for another QQL Monthly!
This month, we’re diving into the Shadows structure, with a special focus on outputs that showcase variety in ring size and/or spacing (optically, not necessarily in terms of settings). That means—no sticking to only tiny circles this time!
Perhaps you're looking for a little more consistency and subtle outputs or maybe you're going for more contrast and composition. Let’s explore together!
Everybody can join. Timeline:
- Feb 13 submissions
- Feb 20 voting opens
- Feb 27 voting closes
All in the @tylerxhobbs discord. #QQL

Welcome to this month's QQL challenge: Let get griddy: in between the lines.
In this monthly challenge, we’re exploring more minimalist QQLs, focusing on simple geometric shapes based on lines, squares, and rectangles, with or without a gentle and sensuous irregularity.
Timeline: this week everybody can explore the theme; next week, you can submit your seeds (max 3), and the following week, the community will vote on the best "getting griddy" seeds. For more information and rules, see discord.gg/ETKwgenR
Also saw a great thread by @0xSimulacrum on Agnes Martin, using rendered QQL

"Im/perfect"
A tribute to Tyler Hobbs and Agnes Martin, using QQLs I've rendered. Inspired by @ArielHudes to put this together.
With distinctive use of color and repetition of elements, both artists call our attention to irregularity of form that reveals the human touch. 🧵👇
