Baskonia fall to 1-8, their worst EuroLeague start since the competition began in 2000.
ASVEL won 94-79 in Villeurbanne. Six defeats in a row, and 0-4 under Velimir Perasovic. Their previous worst after nine games was 3-6.
Jean Montero is out for six months after knee surgery.
Olympiacos say he had the lateral meniscus in his left knee repaired today. That puts his return around late April.
Dubai v Hapoel Tel Aviv will have fans tonight after all, per ynet.
Local police had decided the EuroLeague game would be played without a crowd.
Dubai's Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, stepped in and the ban was lifted. EuroLeague rules don't allow ticket sales at such short notice, so fans get in for free.
Hapoel owner Ofer Yannai called him to say thanks.
Real Madrid have two more injuries after last night's win over Fenerbahce.
Mikael Jantunen has a complete tear of the plantar fascia in his left foot. Theo Maledon has a sprained right knee. The club gave no timeline for either.
Maledon scored 26 in that game. Garuba and Deck are already out long term, and Marca say Real are now looking at the market.
Josean Querejeta is thinking about stepping down as Baskonia president, per Marca.
He has run the club since October 1988. 38 years.
Fans whistled him at the Buesa Arena during Tuesday's 104-86 loss to Real Madrid. Baskonia are bottom of the EuroLeague at 1-7.
Bayern have lost all four of their EuroLeague home games this season. They are the only team still without a home win.
It has never happened to them in the EuroLeague before. Their worst home start was 0-3, in 2022-23.
Partizan, Virtus, Dubai and Barcelona all won in Munich. Two of them by four points or fewer.
Three road games come next. The next chance at home is Baskonia on 19 November.
Virtus Bologna start games well and finish them badly.
First quarters: +23 over 8 games, won 5 of 8.
Fourth quarters: -28, won just 1 of 8.
After half-time they have been outscored by 50 points in total, the worst second-half margin in the EuroLeague. They led Hapoel by 12 at the break and lost by 9. Zalgiris beat them by 15 after half-time on Wednesday.
Besiktas visit Bologna tonight.
Fenerbahce are finalising a one-year deal with Dwight Powell, per Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews.
He's 35, a free agent after 13 NBA seasons. More than a decade of that was in Dallas, including the run to the 2024 Finals.
Several other EuroLeague clubs wanted him too. Barcelona were linked last week.
Leandro Bolmaro is staying in Milan.
Olimpia have agreed a new and improved deal with him until 2029, per Giuseppe Nigro in La Gazzetta dello Sport.
It comes with Milan 1-7 in the EuroLeague, their worst start ever. They want to keep their key man before his value goes up. Last year they waited on Armoni Brooks and lost him.
Bolmaro has never hidden that he wants another NBA shot. A longer deal protects Milan if that day comes.
Paris are taking 34.1 threes a game. No team has taken more after nine EuroLeague games since 2000.
Second on that list is Paris last season, with 33.8. Then Khimki in 2018-19 on 33.7.
Almost half of their shots are threes. They make 34.5% of them.
Real Madrid are next this season with 30.7 a game. The league average is 27.3.
Real Madrid 95-76 Fenerbahce.
47-42 at half-time. Real won the third quarter 23-13 to pull clear.
Theo Maledon led them with 26 points in 24 minutes. Facundo Campazzo added 10 points and 10 assists. Both teams now sit at 6-3.
Maccabi Tel Aviv 94-99 Paris.
Level at 65 after three quarters. Paris won the fourth 34-29.
Nadir Hifi led them with 26 points in 26 minutes. Paris go to 3-6. Maccabi drop to 2-7.
Crvena Zvezda 103-73 Bayern.
Christian Koloko had 5 blocks in under 14 minutes. Only his second EuroLeague game. That ties the season high.
Second straight 100-point night in Belgrade this week. Zvezda go to 6-3. Bayern drop to 2-7.
Trouble at Hapoel Tel Aviv?
Sport5 says Dimitris Itoudis and Vasilije Micic barely speak any more. They used to be close. Sources around the club say the relationship isn't what it was and you can feel it inside the team.
Owner Ofer Yannay called it a false story. He hit back on X and pointed the finger at Maccabi.
Hapoel have won four EuroLeague games in a row.
Meridian Sport reports the NBA sees six current EuroLeague clubs in its plans for NBA Europe.
Real Madrid, Barcelona, Fenerbahce, Bayern, ASVEL and Panathinaikos.
No Olympiacos, no Milan, no Zvezda or Partizan.
It comes on the day Chus Bueno said the owner clubs are open to a deal, but want to go in together.
Zalgiris have made 19 of their 28 corner threes this season. That's 67.9%, the best in the EuroLeague by a distance. The league average from the corners is 39.8%.
Next best is Baskonia at 52.9%. Sterling Brown alone is 7 of 9 from there.
Partizan come to Kaunas tomorrow. They are 7 of 24 from the corners.
Each block on the chart is one three-point attempt. Orange went in.
Tomas Masiulis says Keenan Evans showed only about 60% of his capabilities in the 91-74 win over Virtus.
Evans finished with 4 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. The Zalgiris coach told 15min he has no restrictions and can play 20 minutes.

Maccabi Tel Aviv are set to move their EuroLeague home games to Limassol, per Cypriot outlet Protathlima.
The first one is expected on 12 November. The opponent is Hapoel Tel Aviv.
The venue would be the Spyros Kyprianou arena, about 8,000 seats. Maccabi currently host in Belgrade. They still hope to get back to Israel.
Errick McCollum was among the guards Olimpia Milano assessed in recent weeks, according to Alessandro Maggi of RealOlimpiaMilano.

Baskonia have lost the third quarter in all 8 EuroLeague games this season.
Every other team has won at least one.
Add them up and it's 157-198 after half-time. Minus 41.
The first quarter isn't much better. Minus 45, lost 6 of 8.
The second and fourth quarters? Level. 0 and plus 2.
1-7 so far. The damage comes straight after tip-off and straight after the break.
