Half true. The housing pain is real, but it is a two-city problem. And the resort part is a crime, not a system.
In Mumbai, a typical buyer needs 69% of household income just for the EMI. In Ahmedabad it is 23%. That was not an India problem. It was a Mumbai and Delhi problem.
Even 1.25% of rate cuts did not move Mumbai's number. Land is scarce, approvals are slow and a lot of unaccounted money sits in property. So prices keep running ahead of salaries.
But the rules already shut the other door. A family owning even a 1,000 sq ft flat cannot qualify as economically weaker. When it still happens, it is a false certificate and an assets case.
The real fix is more homes near jobs and faster cases against those who cheat. Cheaper loans alone will not do it.
India is the only country where
A hardworking citizen earning an annual salary of 50 Lakhs has to empty their savings and sign a contract of lifelong servitude at the altar of EMIs, just to buy a house which can fit one bed and a sofa
While a bereaucrat in a poor state earning 25 Lakhs per annum, can straight up buy an entire resort.
What is funnier, is that the kids of the same bereaucrat will apply to get into the govt, under the Economically Weaker Section quota, and might even succeed
Kya majboori thi?

Too much Baseball on my TL, or probably MLB is vying for more eyeballs from one of the biggest consumer markets for any sports.

Your heart with swell with pride!
There are rare moments where actions completely transcend words. Captain Smit Machchhar’s unimaginable grit during the mid-air cockpit crisis is the definition of heroism.
The nation bows down to his courage as the UAE confers its high state honour upon him.
Dhruv Rathi called this fake, a ploy to win Israel election.
Even the lowest of the scum don’t do that. Biggest anti-national.
Agar upar koi hai, to sabka hisab isi life main hoga.
🚨A PRESIDENT. A PILOT. A PROMISE.🚨
Captain Smit Machchhar, hero of flydubai FZ1073, stands with his arm in a sling.
UAE President asks: "When will you recover?"
Pilot: "Maybe 2 months."
President smiles: "When you're here, I want to have a session with you to train you how to fight."
Pilot: "My biggest honour."
This is leadership. This is brotherhood. Terror was met with courage, courage is now met with love. 🇦🇪🇮🇳

You're confusing unpredictability with randomness. Bowlers deliberately control speed, spin, seam and length to influence the ball's movement. They can't guarantee the exact outcome, but neither can baseball pitchers.

The SADDEST part of this cricket vs. baseball debate is that Americans aren’t even being delusional or intentionally misleading anyone. They GENUINELY believe baseball is the more difficult sport because they have little to no understanding of cricket.
The athleticism, reflexes, and sheer difficulty involved in some of the catches we take in cricket are on a completely different level.
It’s honestly laughable that people who barely understand the game are so confident in claiming that baseball is more difficult than cricket. Baseball is not even at 20% of the difficulty of Cricket.

Are yaar.
Should hv read more about it b4 posting.
In MLC, electoral college is split into 5 categories:
1. Local authorities -1/3rd
2. MLAs - 1/3rd
3. Governor Nominees - 1/3rd
4. Graduates in constituency - 1/12th
5. Teachers in constituency- 1/12th
In karnataka, it’s their govt, yet they wr nt able to secure even 1 seat. They wr nt able to convince even 1 of the teachers or graduate constituency? Speaks volumes abt their leadership.
Let’s not discuss the other states, BJP obviously have an edge there.
