Multiple myeloma is a cancer of the bone marrow plasma cells. It is synonymous with “myeloma” and “plasma cell myeloma.” Plasma cells make antibodies against infectious agents such as viruses and bacteria. A cancerous or malignant plasma cell is called a myeloma cell.
Multiple Myeloma is still very uncommonly rare. In 2021 about 42,270 new cases will be diagnosed in the United States. Out of those diagnosed 18,530 are men and 15,740 women. This blood cancer is still to date incurable. Www.bbbcf.org

During my cancer journey I can honestly say I've experienced each one of these at different times ,and currently back at grief stage. There is no right or wrong way to feel about a cancer diagnosis, it's not easy to accept either. See we as humans go through stages.
