What a fantastic first year at Equinor 🙌🏻
As I go on maternity leave, a few reflections on all that I have learnt so far:
*Energy really matters. Where it comes from matters as much as how we make it
*The energy transition is complicated. There is no simple on/off switch
*Taking risks and dipping a toe into the unknown is frightening but incredibly rewarding. Change is good
*Working for a compassionate, open and ambitions company can empower you to engage in new experiences
*Corporate culture is fostered from the top down. It begins with our CEO
@andop68 and flows throughout the company. Bravery, openness and care are values I personally witness on a daily basis
*Norwegians are really funny 😆
As I reflect on 2022 & all that has happened, I am so glad I made the leap 💪🏻
