Did carers Ireland poll its members and agree to campaign for a yes vote? I attended the AGM. There was no mention of polling @CarersIreland members . A lot of us are extremely upset that an organisation we are members of did not discuss their views with us. #VoteNoRef24
June 2021 Jack waited 8 months for an adult place, his bestie in 2022 only got a place now and this year his friends from @StMichaelsHouse Baldoyle , along with others from Raheny school don’t have any place. Saying you thought it was sorted @AnneRabbitte isn’t good enough
Today #AccessForAll were into support @StMichaelsHouse Raheny as they protested the fact 13 students who are finished their 2nd level education have no where to go and no supports now they have crossed into #adulthood.
Another glaring #inequality that #society cannot ignore anymore! As you get older as you try to live your life as a person with a disability your support network is taken away from you and you are #abandoned.
