Today, the Trump Administration is sanctioning the ICC.
This action should encourage our Allies within the Court to work for solutions to end this threat to U.S. sovereignty forever.

In a statement seen by Reuters, Secretary Rubio calls the ICC a "rogue" court and says Washington is acting to cut off its resources and cripple its ability to function. "President Trump will never allow the International Criminal Court to prosecute Americans," Rubio says.

🔥 LFG! Real America's Voice has TAKEN OVER the pool coverage from fake news outlets like CNN, on the ground at Joint Base Andrews RIGHT NOW to follow President Trump aboard Air Force One
"CNN is NOT HERE. WE have taken over that responsibility. Our crew is growing. Going onto Air Force One is an honor and pleasure."
@RealAmVoice says ANY NETWORK can use the pool feed

Despite the court order overnight, CNN, MS NOW and Politico reporters are still being blocked from entering the White House grounds today. Yet for Xi’s visit, members of the Chinese state media are present.

Bryan Boughton, who runs the Fox News Washington bureau and is the current TV pool chair, says in an email; ”This is to advise that, effective today, the TV pool will not be covering events designated as pool coverage of the President.”
“This follows the White House’s position preventing CNN from fulfilling its assigned pool duties. There will be no replacement pool put in place.” Via @brianstelter

The timing of Secretary of State Marco Rubio's announcement of a "diplomatic campaign" to "dismantle” the International Criminal Court is puzzling, expert John B. Bellinger III writes. "The ICC has not announced any new actions against the United States, nor has it taken any overt actions against the United States in more than 6 years. The court is not 'now' claiming any new powers to investigate or prosecute Americans, as the secretary’s op-ed asserts."
The Trump administration "should not try to kill a court that has enjoyed bipartisan congressional support when it has been doing the work it was intended to do, and that still provides the only venue for seeking justice for the worst international crimes," he writes.

People who care about civilians in Sudan should read the memo we wrote to UKUN to send to @FCDOGovUK one month before the fall of El Fasher to RSF last year. This document has never been more relevant and now it is public. #keepeyesonsudan
We have published a memo drafted by war crimes investigator @nattyray11 for the UK’s UN delegation in 2025, advising the FCDO on preparing for the fall of El Fasher 🧵

One underreported aspect of #Sudan's war is how gender roles have flipped: many women are now breadwinners and many men have struggled to find employment, often refusing to do jobs they see as beneath them.
Domestic and online abuse against women have shot up.
