I read quite a lot. I’m probably one of the most advanced at reading in my year. I don’t know if it has anything to do with it, but maybe I’m reading in the evenings, when other people will be looking at their phones.

This is exactly the benefit of being a Headteacher in a strong MAT. Our trust supports me to stop all noise and distractions so that at school level we can be laser focused on ensuring exceptional teaching is happening so that every child receives an extraordinary education.
