Rubbish is piling up in the streets of Birmingham, the council had to be bailed out by UK taxpayers, and the city's youth unemployment is the highest in Britain.
But instead of looking after the needs of local residents, the City Council's coalition of clowns spent last night passing a motion on Israel.
