Was asked to write a page for the @readtldr Cologne special! Make sure to give them a follow.
Physical copies like this still hold sentimental value to me especially as most of my journalist work for old websites from the 1.6 days are long gone.
Thanks guys, great work ❤️!

This Major will always be incredibly special to me. Not just because I got to watch NiKo lift his Major, but also for what we managed to achieve at @readtldr
Seeing the magazine everywhere at the arena was a surreal experience, especially given the number of people who told us they love it, or that they love the podcast or the newsletter

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who picked up a magazine during the major.
It's something all of us at @readtldr are super proud of and seeing so many people with them was kind of surreal. A lot of moving parts have to align to get something like this over the line especially with all of us having full-time jobs otherwise - so I am really grateful for everyone who took the time to read and enjoy it! Long live physical media!

Whether you're the champions.
A member of the talent.
Were in the Cathedral of Counter-Strike.
Made the event happen as a member of staff.
Or simply watched the stream at home.
Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts for being a part of the #IEM Cologne Major 2026.

Although my teachers at school would always tell me that my future job with computers likely doesn't exist yet, it is completely incomprehensible to imagine ending up here... #IEM

Proud of you, @CounterStrike 💕

How to build one of the biggest Counter-Strike accounts on X:
✓ Send 700 newsletters
✓ Take no salary for 7 years
✓ Pay your own way to events
We regret none of it.
But one thing changes next week 🧵
