A gentleman (I’ll call him that for now) posted on Facebook today that he hated me because at 9 years old I declined to give him an autograph. He is in his 40’s. 🙄 Apparently I said “Sorry kid” when he asked.
So I replied to him today: “Sorry adult man” 😑 Can you imagine harboring that kind of hate for 30 years and coming to my page to tell me that you hated me? 🤷🏼

Dev managerial tip: devs love problem solving. Phrase what you want to accomplish in the form of a problem, and your may find their motivation skyrockets. But acknowledge their proposed solutions. Using even small portions of their ideas can give them a sense of co-ownership.
