JevBench v1.8: self-hosted open-weight decision models are now priced by GPU time (monthly-rented GPU, efficient engine), not chat list prices. API providers use cheap GPUs and optimized engines too. 46 more open models ranked. Method: benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

#1 open-weights model on JevBench under the 10 s rule: H2O-Lightning-31B v1.0.7 by H2O.ai, Capability 84.3. New since the rule and already in the top 10: #3 DOPEST 1.0 31B, 82.0 #4 Arcbright Elf 1 31B, 81.8 #7 Sieve-31B-v2, 81.1 benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

JevBench v1.7: each decision gets 10 seconds. Slower counts as wrong. Why: in a live product, a late decision is no decision. Decisions within 10 s are scored exactly as before. API time is measured end to end, network included. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

Method v1.7: a decision over 10 seconds counts as wrong and zero calibration. Every row shows measured p95 and how many decisions were over 10 s. Re-scored from recorded times. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

v1.7.45 displays the measured p50 beside the 2× + 150 ms estimate for self-hosted rows. The ranking still uses the estimate. No scores moved. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

JevBench v1.7.46 is live. Self-hosted rows now carry an "on-GPU, no network" tag (or CPU) and are marked as not directly comparable with API latency, timed end to end from our measuring host. No score or rank changed. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

The method notes describe a planned calibration of the 2× + 150 ms assumption against real end-to-end timings. If you compare self-hosted numbers with API rows, the tag is there so you do not read them as the same kind of measurement.

JevBench v1.7.41 is live. Needle 3 now has language and category cells on the current pools. It keeps its published v1.5 headline. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

One ledger now. JevBench v1.7.42 merges the boards: /jev-models always shows every system's latest measurement, with releases under Release history. Filter switches between Open weights, API and All. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

Sixteen systems measured on the two fresh draws after v1.6.1 join with their published scores and a draw tag. Each draw sits on the v1.6.1 scale by an anchor offset that stays 0 until the anchor systems have run on it.

JevBench v1.7.43 is live. Display only: a Pareto frontier section after the two scatter charts on both boards — Capability against cost per 1,000 decisions and against median latency. The red line joins the systems no other system beats on both axes. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

JevBench revision v1.7.44 is a display-only update. The Pareto charts now offer the same “Show models that don’t qualify as Jev-class” switch as the scatter charts, off by default so the frontier is drawn over Jev-class systems. No score or rank changed. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

Also in v1.7.44: the Pareto charts expand to fullscreen, and hovering or tapping one system marks it in all four charts. Handy for tracing a single entry across views without a ruler and a steady hand.

Seven more rows now cover S+P+L1+L2+L3 in the language table and both radars, each answering all 1,505 supplemental items on its original pinned setup; public-item answers match the original runs at 99 % or better. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

The language table now lists the mixed-language group first. L3 cells carry the noted exposure; headline scores do not use L3. Headline, Capability, Composite and ranks unchanged.
23
Messier One v0.2 now covers S+P+L1+L2+L3. All 1,505 supplemental items were answered natively on the original image, network disabled: at least 65 completed responses in every language, 109 in every subject topic, 83 in every use case. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

Two caveats kept in the margin. L3 items were reviewed by an OpenAI model, so cells based on L3 carry that exposure; headline scores do not use L3. The original P300 answers recur in each supplement and count once.

Microsoft-Decision-1 has joined JevBench’s API board. Capability: 70.8 Calibration: 84.4 Composite A: 69.1 Measured on 1,500 items through Azure Foundry. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

JevBench v1.7.30 is live. decisio v0.8.0 on gemma-4-31B-it now covers S+P+L1+L2+L3, with all 1,505 supplemental items answered natively: at least 65 completed responses in every language, 109 in every subject topic and 83 in every use case. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

Mercury Decide now shows at least 64 completed observations in every language, 109 in every subject topic and 83 in every use case, drawn from S+P+L1+L2+L3. Deeper cells, steadier comparisons. Headline scores and Composite are unchanged. benchmarkheaven.com/jev-mode…

L3 keeps 1,416 records, including original refusals and operational failures; two spent failures remain missing. Public top labels agree on 96.63%, with differing probabilities. The disagreement is now visible rather than averaged away.
