I give myself a B- on this.
Steak with mentaiko and wasabi, chilled soba with furikake, sukiyaki sauce, and tsuyu.
At 1:44 in this video, @kindredspirityt reacts to TERROIR, and I was delighted to see him watch it on livestream. So happy itโs reaching new audiences. This made my day. ๐ท

I need a wake-up call from time to time. Iโm critical with restaurants, but I didnโt realize I was being an insufferable asshole possibly speaking from a place of ignorance. Letโs change that. ๐ฝ๏ธ
Even at prestigious, well-reviewed restaurants, Iโm often in there with only 2 or 3 other tables. I have no idea how they stay in business. The bustling restaurants I see are all chains like ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐. ๐ฝ๏ธ
The MCU tried horror with DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS, but they did it with kid gloves. CLAYFACE did horror better, and itโs a bold swing for the DCU. Glad to see it pay off. ๐ฟ
I dislike babies at restaurants. If itโs my friendโs baby though, I will John Wick a motherfucker.
Arancini and veal meatballs at ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐จ for lunch, then pad thai with pork jowl at ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ค for dinner. Vancouverโs a foodie town too. ๐
CLAYFACE felt like TV horror except for one scene with gore. Still a more interesting character than Batman. โ

Film school makes you more useful on set, and every set needs competent people to get the movie done.
Iโve been a PA, LM, PM, VA, actor, extra, B-cam, gaffer, lamp op, swing, stills, props buyer, director (on a student film), and caterer.
I write and produce now. Skills, yโall.
