top 3 founders I look up to:
1. Nik Storonsky (Revolut)
2. Pavel Durov (Telegram)
3. Alan Chang (Fuse Energy)
Would love to see others founders too @davidsenra
Nik Storonsky is one of the most hardcore and competitive founders I’ve ever talked to. He’s the founder of Revolut, a $115 billion company, and wants to be the number one bank in 100 countries.
When someone asked Nik if he was coming for Jamie Dimon's lunch, he said “I’m coming for his dinner.”
“We want to dominate, otherwise what’s the point?”
He removed every VC from his board, and when one investor pushed him too far, he started his own fund to compete with them.
Nik has a lot of ideas on talent, product design, marketing, constraints, and what makes founder-led companies special.
This is a fascinating conversation about competition, speed, and building a machine-like company.

Frontier intelligence is getting better at acting. What it still lacks is an understanding of the world it acts within.
For enterprises, that world is not just documents and static retrievable context. It is the enterprise as a dynamic system, including the context and traces that change the static world.
Robotics learned that capable policies require representations of their environments. We think the same will be true for enterprise intelligence.
We’re building Zeroset to create these representations: world models of enterprise state and dynamics, learned from the traces generated by people and agents at work.
Our first system, Nebula, captures this operating state so agents can act with deeper context and models can learn from the work performed inside the enterprise.
Today, we’re announcing Zeroset’s $5.2M pre-seed and Nebula, now in closed research preview.
Uzbek founders are rocking.
The power of the immigrant founder
“My parents are from Uzbekistan. If a family of five people makes $1,000 a month, it is considered to be wealthy.
Since I was eight, my parents told me that I must get to the United States because this is the place where technology matters.
My mother had to work three jobs because my education was to compete in programming competitions and go to educational camps where I could learn from the best.” @alexmashrabov

Nobody knows who built Ox Alpha.
But this mysterious model has:
- 1M context + multimodal capabilities
- Zero data retention
- Free, nearly unlimited usage for a week
- OpenCode claims capacity for 100T tokens/day
- Reportedly beats Fable, GPT and Opus on some tests
So what the hell is Ox Alpha?
GLM 5.3? A larger GLM? Or something from Xiaomi?
The Xiaomi theory is interesting: MiMo already has 1M context + multimodal agents, Xiaomi worked with OpenCodenand its 100T Token Program matches OpenCode's claimed 100T/day capacity.
If it's GLM maybe the huge 5.3 jump wasn't magic RL after all. It could be distillation from a larger teacher.
A lot of people are betting on Xiaomi.
more and more people are finding out our product through chatgpt

big news: officially launched speko.ai on @ycombinator
OpenRouter for Voice.
every week a new stt or tts model drops. nobody re-runs the bake-off, so your stack quietly goes stale.
we measure all of them, language by language, and route on the result.
update: officially alien of extraordinary ability.
