Some thoughts on how data science/analytics might inform the design of practice environments when applied through a skill acquisition lens, such as the constraints-led approach.
Awesome to collaborate with @singh_harjiv and @Robertson_SJ.

We highlight: 1) poor quality of mentioned models; 2) Against balancing datasets; 3) Focus on risk not classification; 4) Following TRIPOD+AI; 5) Evaluating calibration
Great to work with @KateYung1 and team on time-series analysis applications to inform RTP. Kate's doing some interesting work in decision making for sports injury assessment and rehab.

In my opinion, every pro sports organization in the US should have a Skill Acquisition Specialist on staff.
Generally, SAS would be responsible for assessing & designing practice environments where learning & skill evolution is maximized.
Let's go a little further here... 1/
