More hair attach sims! @sidefx #houdini

New solver that will read and track any type of poly mesh, birth and cull the surface instances while handling extreme convex / concave topology. We've also added in the ability to advect attributes such as colour and more. Here are a couple of simple tests. #houdini @sidefx

Some of our favorite frames from a previously unreleased 2024 project. Lot's of volume fun! #fx #houdini

Here's a shot from an upcoming piece we've been crafting. We took this opportunity to expand our cloth wrangling skills, and came up a nice little rig to control the chaos. More on the way soon. @sidefx #houdini #redshift

We’re rolling into the weekend powered by sticky notes, caffeine, and @SideFX fueling our creative DNA. Another fun exploration without a sim in sight! #houdini #fx #redshift

We love building rigs in Houdini and this was a fun setup that required some creative neighbour detection for the procedural unfolding section. #houdini #redshift #fx #3d #art @sidefxhoudini @rocketlabtv

We've been busy building some volumetric worlds in outer space! ⭐New title sequence coming soon for a new series - The Religion Business. @rocketlabtv #houdini #redshift

We've put together a quick clip showcasing some of the design process whilst creating our new project 'Sweet!' Enjoy! 🍦 @rocketlabtv @sidefx #houdini #redshift #fx #3d #art

We had an absolute blast exploring procedural waffle cones & ice cream mixed with delicious chocolate splashes and pours. A big shout out to Martin Hollis at Equasonics for the fantastic sound design. We really enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate on this. #houdini #redshift

Reese's epic Super Bowl commercial featuring their irresistible new caramel cups has finally aired! 🍫🍯 Honored to have been part of the team with Golden Child LA & Erich and Kallman #houdini #fx #redshift3d

SO MANY SWIRLS! Another great day of RnD @rocketlabtv We began some chocolate motion / shader tests yesterday.. So fun! More on the way soon. #houdini #fx

Made a mini process vid for my latest post.. The hardest part was adding the pieces to the mesh whist keeping them stable. #houdini #redshift #animation #fx

New Project Mesh RnD, might even become food with some more work! #houdini #redshift #animation #fx

Our Siggraph 2023 talk with SideFX Software is now online! We break down how we approach some of the shots within our latest film. Check it out here 🍻 youtu.be/01EgxXwkELY @sidefx @rocketlabtv #houdini #fx

We just got wrapped up at Siggraph 2023. What an event! 🔥 Here’s our short film ‘Oceani’ The heart and soul of our talk this year! @sidefx #fx #houdini @rocketlabtv

Justin and I will be presenting at Siggraph LA on the 8th of August. If you’re in the area, feel free to catch up and say Hi lnkd.in/g6ExprFD #houdini #sidefx #animation

Couple more splash wips with various shaders and sheet masking.. Always trying to refine mesh workflows. #houdini #fx @sidefx

I've been working on our thin sheet ripple solver, making progress slowly. #houdini @sidefx #fx @rocketlabtv

Excited to share some new work for @budlightseltzer with our friends @prepost3d Using Houdini , we created an array of art directable soft body tools and particle systems that allowed us to tackle a variety of challenges in the spot 🚀 #houdini #fx

Here's a fun spot we worked on with friends @kuhlandhan last year for Google. We created some nice art directable particle FX for this one. @rocketlabtv #fx #Houdini
