Interphase is the flagship app on the COTI protocol, and the first step in bringing private programmable money to everyday users. Its dedicated page is now live, setting out how it works and the roadmap ahead.

Interphase serves as the privacy layer for moving money between blockchains. It executes confidential, unlinked transfers across 30+ major networks.
1. The Problem
On public blockchains, every transfer is traceable. Each bridge, swap and cross-chain payment leaves a public record of who sent what to whom, which allows anyone to follow the money from one wallet to the next.
Interphase is built to break that link.
2. Built for Everyday Use
Interphase is designed to make a private transfer as easy as a public one. Users keep full control of their funds throughout, and every transfer arrives clean, with no shared history.
3. The Roadmap
Interphase is being developed in three phases.

1. Private Cross-Chain Payments (Q4 2026 to Q1 2027): private transfers on Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and TRON, settled in under 60 seconds.
2. Business and Ecosystem Expansion (Q2 to Q3 2027): expansion to Base, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Sui and Aptos, with private travel booking and confidential payroll.
3. Scale and Global Commerce (Q4 2027 to Q1 2028): the Interphase SDK and a one-click merchant checkout, bringing private transfers to any Web3 website or app.
4. Closing Points
Interphase is creating a private settlement layer for the multi-chain economy. It is the next joint frontier in the privacy and cross-chain markets, and an embodiment of private transfers tied with the reach of every major blockchain.

COTI Powers Privacy on Every Chain
Avalanche was the first network to bring Coti's Privacy-on-Demand to production. Since September 16, applications on Avalanche have been computing on confidential data, and users have been shielding AVAX and USDC through the Privacy Portal.
Expansion to further networks is a core part of our roadmap.

Institutions are bringing real assets on-chain. On a public chain, every position and payment is visible to anyone, competitors included.
Confidentiality is necessary before that capital can scale.
Until now, privacy meant leaving for a separate chain, and taking their capital with them. Privacy-on-Demand allows institutions to stay on yours.
2. Understanding COTI Privacy-on-Demand
Privacy-on-Demand is creating a privacy layer for every chain. Shield, trade, and settle to pay, bid, and vote privately, without leaving the network.

🔍 $COTI PoD — GitHub investigation just got VERY interesting.
Following COTI Foundation’s reveal that PoD is LIVE on Avalanche and “Coming Soon” to Base, Cardano, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, NEAR and Aptos, I went back through the public PoD repositories.
Here’s what I found:
🔹 ETHEREUM WAS ALREADY BEING PREPARED
An earlier "deployConfig.mainnet.yaml" explicitly described:
“PoD deploy config — MAINNET (Ethereum, Avalanche C-Chain, COTI mainnet)”
Ethereum "chainId: 1" already had deployment structure prepared for:
• Inbox
• FeeManager
• PrivacyPortalFactory
• PriceOracle
• MpcAdder
• pUSDC
• pWETH
The contract addresses were still empty, meaning this looked like preparation rather than a completed deployment.
But the important part:
Ethereum appeared in the development stack BEFORE today’s public “Coming Soon” reveal.
🔹 THERE’S ALSO AN UNMERGED MAINNET PR
PR #19 contains additional Avalanche Privacy Portal assets with actual contract addresses:
• pUSDT
• pWBTC
• pWETH
alongside the existing pUSDC + pWAVAX infrastructure.
This explains why these assets appeared during our previous research but disappeared when checking only the canonical "main" branch.
🔹 “FASTER & LIGHTER” PoD?
The PoD Inbox repo also contains multiple development branches focused on:
• reducing/controlling Inbox bytecode size
• gas & fee optimization
• callback execution
• request processing
• execution gas limits
• ingest protections
• relayer/execution improvements
One audit/remediation flow even explicitly checks that Inbox bytecode remains ≤24,576 bytes.
That becomes particularly interesting after a COTI team member stated:
“We are already upgrading PoD, it will be faster and lighter.”
This does NOT prove these branches are the new PoD upgrade — but the technical direction clearly aligns.
🔹 THE BIGGEST MYSTERY
I found no equivalent public implementation yet for:
Base
Cardano
BNB Chain
Solana
NEAR
Aptos
Yet COTI Foundation has now officially shown all six as “Coming Soon.”
That suggests the public GitHub may currently be behind the actual development pipeline.
Ethereum gives us an important precedent:
The technical groundwork appeared BEFORE the public announcement.
Now we watch for the first code/deployment traces of the other chains.
Something much bigger than a simple Avalanche integration appears to be taking shape around PoD. 👀

What the transition could mean.
A simple example
Think of COTI until now as a company that has spent years building a very advanced engine.
That engine is COTI’s privacy technology.
COTI is excited to announce its new chapter.
Today, Coti Foundation is shifting gears from pure development to a blended approach, to further the adoption of COTI and its privacy ecosystem. The foundation is now critically tasked with creating purpose-built applications that fulfill utilities in daily life, while ensuring transaction privacy.
1. Coti Foundation New Strategy
In the coming weeks, Coti Foundation will publish a detailed expansion to COTI's roadmap, with an emphasis on expanded COTI token spending ability.
It serves as a decentralized ecosystem, which companies and merchants across the world can join to expand their payment rails to include a privacy infrastructure. The foundation exists to champion this cause.
The current management will step down and COTI will come under the direction of ZK Foundation, led by Robbie Vander, who has deep experience working in web3 venture space. That network will now spearhead COTI's focus on business development.
2. COTI Token
This shift is designed to take the network and its asset to new utilities, led by a consortium that will focus on regions across the world.
Exciting new methods to use and spend COTI tokens are due soon this year.
3. Privacy Market Distinction
The biggest company in web3 is not an exchange or trading firm. Privacy firms are mostly focusing on trading.
The industry's kingpin is Tether, for their emphasis on making a spendable currency. That is going to be COTI's focus.
Rather than solely creating private trading tools, Coti Foundation is going to emphasize making private transactions a part of daily life. In a seamless, united interface.
We will soon announce an AMA with Robbie so the community can get a deeper grasp of the new vision of Coti Foundation.
4. Closing Points
Under Shahaf's leadership, COTI built much of the technology and institutional foundation that makes this next phase possible. He will continue to bring that experience to COTI as an advisor.
