As well as private video messages, sellers looking for agents via BestAgent can now record private audio messages with their lead. Agents can now also respond to the invitation with a private audio message although videos always get a higher success rate.

The median asking price for unsold homes in Wales has moved down. Normally a very stable figure which hasn't moved at all in 2025, it has now dropped from £275,000 to £274,000.
