#hollanov childhood bsfs au where shane and ilya meet on an online forum while arguing about hockey. after they exchange contact info, they’re quick to become bsfs, spending half their time in voice calls with the other, drowsily falling asleep to the sound of each other’s voice.
the next day at breakfast, yuna calls out to the boys from the living room, “where did you boys put the tv remote?”
shane and ilya look each other and blush in unison. they’re holding hands underneath the table.
if you liked this au, read my childhood bsf prince shane x knight ilya fic when ao3's back up!
