There's something comforting and nostalgic about a salad bar in a small town Oklahoma restaurant. After my day today, I needed that hit of buttermilk ranch and extra crunchy crystallized bacon bits with sunflower seeds. The salady bits are the vehicle for the real stars.

I fell down a TT rabbit hole last night. I'm so glad I went through sorority recruitment 29 years ago, and not today. OU Rush OOTD videos have me in a chokehold, and not in a good way. If you have a teen, please educate them on vocal fry and why it is not a good thing.

We are not big huggers in my family. My dad hugged me last night over the funniest, sweetest reason. I went 50/50 in with him on a new lawnmower. We bought a commercial grade mower, bc we could. You're welcome, Dad. He's so happy!!!
