Update: The blockage, which may have actually been due to construction, has cleared. I’d anticipate it will take several more minutes for congestion to clear.
Southbound I-95 in N.C. just south of the Cumberland/Robeson line and the 301 & I-295 interchanges (exit 33 area) is at a standstill. Has been for more than 30 minutes. I assume there’s an accident. I would plan an alternate way to get from Hope Mills to St. Pauls/Lumberton.

Great news! You can now hop onto I-295 North (Fayetteville Outer Loop) from I-95 North, or take I-295 South to I-95 North. Our contractors have fully opened this interchange south of Fayetteville.
#FortLiberty to #FortBragg The plan is to rename the base after a different Bragg this time. UNC athletics did the same, changing which Kenan the football stadium is named after. The town of Carrboro has considered the same - possibly changing which Carr the town is named after.
