Our girls are now winning in avenues, traditionally not considered India's strength. Congratulations to our U-20 girls Rugby team on clinching a clinical victory over New Zealand. This is just the beginning; Naye Bharat me koi bhi kaam asambhav nahi!

Proud of India's strongest ever Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji. Late Natwar Singh ji was the Foreign Minister during Congress Govt. He was very learned man too. He gave his opinion before he sadly passed away. Now, credible leaders have vanished from the Congress party.

A friend recently asked me which digital payments app I was using. When I told her, she promptly asked, “Why not use BHIM, our very own Indian app?” I admitted I didn’t know much about it. “Well, let me introduce you to someone you’ll enjoy meeting.” That someone was Dilip Asbe, MD & CEO of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). Dilip kindly agreed to come over for a chat. That conversation was illuminating, to put it mildly. We all know the payment apps we use every day. PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM… But think of them as trains running on a railway network. NPCI provides the tracks. And what an extraordinary railway India has built! In September, UPI alone processed over 2,400 crore transactions. That’s more than 80 crore transactions every single day! India is now the world’s largest real-time payments market. A true global force multiplier. And Dilip has been one of the key people behind that remarkable achievement. His mind is buzzing with plans to build more ‘railroads’ that will enable new apps in wider financial spheres. But here’s what struck me most about him. Not the scale of his achievement. Not his knowledge of the technology. His humility. Dilip is well known in financial & technology circles. But I met a man with no airs, no sense of self-importance & seemingly little interest in the spotlight. Just immense pride in what his team has accomplished & a genuine sense of privilege at being able to serve his country. I also learned that his mother was a teacher. Perhaps I’m biased, but I’ve always believed that mothers who are teachers have a special knack for instilling values that last a lifetime. And I couldn’t help wondering if that explained something about Dilip’s grounded personality. People like him derive their satisfaction not from being seen, but from seeing their work make a difference. Thank you, Dilip, for the conversation. And for reminding me that ambition & humility can indeed travel together on the railroad to success. And I’ve switched to the BHIM app now! #MondayMotivation

Until India develops, based on the talents of our own people, we will not find true respect in the world, no matter whether right, left or center is in charge anywhere. The racist shows us a mirror and asks: "if your nation is smart, why do you want to come here". I do not hate him, I want to respond by building. Some Indians agree with the racist and think India will never develop. I do not hate them either, I want to respond by building. Companies and nations are built by people who believe it can be done. The urgent national priority is to build, build and build.
Seeing a lot of growing raw hatred against India, Indians, Hindus, Indian-Americans, etc. for no reason. Would be happy to have anyone who feels that hatred quietly unfollow me. Simple. Clean. Thanks in advance.

“I wanted to win gold for my mother.” For Rinku Hooda, this gold was more than a medal. It was a promise to the mother he had lost. She passed away on August 8, and the 27-year-old was still grieving when he returned to training. A shoulder injury had also disrupted his preparations. Yet, at the Asian Para Games 2026, he had one goal: to win gold for her. And he did. Rinku clinched the men's F46 javelin gold with a throw of 65.11 metres, edging fellow Indian Ajeet Singh by just 9 centimetres. His journey has never been easy. At three, he lost his left arm in a farming accident. But he continued pursuing sport, eventually rising from school-level running competitions to international para-athletics. After winning gold at the Youth Asian Games in 2015 and becoming a world champion in 2025, Rinku has added another milestone to his career. This gold belongs to India, but its deepest meaning will always be personal. ❤️ #RinkuHooda #AsianParaGames2026 #ParaAthletics #IndianSports #TeamIndia #Gamechangers [Rinku Hooda gold medal, Rinku Hooda Asian Para Games 2026, Rinku Hooda mother tribute, Asian Para Games javelin throw]

Stop the silly games, @elonmusk. India isn't going to be bullied. The nation that produced the cheapest mobile data and the most efficient payments network through fair competition doesn't take lectures from a man whose biggest factory is in China that banned Starlink. My views:

India has the among the lowest data prices in the world. It is so good that I don't even bother to connect to local Wifi when I travel in India and just tether my phone to work on my computer. Indians routinely have dual SIM phones with large data plans because they are so affordable. Ambani's launch of Jio is directly responsible for the low data prices Indians enjoy. India has among the lowest drug prices in the world (and going lower still). People who visit India buy medicines to take home quite regularly now. India has among the lowest cost payment systems in the world in UPI. On the other hand, Tesla is protected from Chinese competition in the US market, keeping EV prices higher in America than elsewhere. Prime Minister Modi has worked hard to create a competitive economy where the benefits flow to the average Indian. His government does not tolerate monopolies. He has also actively promoted and encouraged a massive surge in startups and that is the best signal of a highly competitive economy. Directly due to Modi government policy, Indian startups are making major advances in low cost rockets and that poses a threat to SpaceX the same say the Chinese EVs threaten Tesla. These are the facts Elon.
Dear Prime Minister Ambani, Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India. Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete? There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better. Thank you 🙏
