The Big Cheese Making Kit came about through a love of cheese and a curiosity to find out if I could do it myself. It saw a Chef making yoghurt. I thought if you can make yoghurt maybe you could make cheese too? 😎 And so, after lots of trial and error, here we are! 💛

2020-52 new things #21 made my own cheese! Another day of science in the kitchen! Despite looking a bit rough around the edges it tasted great! Easy to follow instructions to make mozzerella using a kit from @bigcheesemaking will have to try making the ricotta next 😋
