Fun fact: Pepper has more vitamin C than Orange. Red bell pepper contains roughly 2.4 times as much vitamin C as an orange of the same weight.

I don’t know who needs to see this but stop spending your money on women who don’t spend on you. Any woman who loves you would definitely spend on you. If she doesn’t spend on you, she doesn’t love you. Simple.

Chowdeck’s delivery system is a solid 1/10 for me. Their dispatch riders don’t even seem to have proper food and drink carriers. Most of them just throw your food packs into backpacks and ride around with them carelessly. Order soup, and there’s a chance it arrives spilled. Order coffee, and it could arrive all over the place. Order other meals, and you might receive them cold. And before anyone thinks I’m just ranting, I order food on Chowdeck almost every day. I have a 4.96/5 rating on the platform, and my status is Connoisseur I think or OG, which, if I remember correctly, is the second highest level on the platform. You can imagine how many orders it takes to get to that level. I’ve used the platform enough times to know exactly what I’m talking about. This isn’t a complaint from someone who has barely used their service. It’s feedback from a regular customer. The problem is that Chowdeck seems more focused on getting your orders and collecting your money than ensuring customers have a good experience. What happens after you pay should matter just as much as getting you to place an order in the first place. And honestly, this is what happens when businesses don’t have enough competition. Look at iFitness, another company who think they can do whatever they like. When a company operates in a market where customers have limited alternatives, it can become complacent because it knows people will keep coming back regardless of how dissatisfied they are. Competition forces businesses to do better. It forces them to improve their services, invest in customer satisfaction, and give people a reason to remain loyal. Without competition, customer complaints can become nothing more than background noise because these businesses know you have limited options. You have to eat to survive. You have to work out to stay fit. And when people have no choice but to keep patronizing you, what incentive do you really have to improve? Every industry needs healthy competition. Not just to give customers more options, but to force businesses to take customer satisfaction seriously. @chowdeck fix your delivery system. I don’t want to order food from somewhere as far as Ajah for instance and get my food delivered by someone riding a bicycle.

Okay you have 20K followers but you cannot even drive sales and you want to strike a deal to make easy money? Make it make sense! If the business was yours, would you strike a deal with yourself knowing you can’t drive sales and traffic. Having a lot of followers doesn’t mean shit if they cannot convert. Your brand has to be built on trust and only then will your audience convert for you. Learn this or suffer. -BC.

Sometimes, the biggest battle in trading isn’t the market, but the pressure we put on ourselves. Protect your process, trust your model, and never let the fear of being wrong stop you from executing what you know. You can’t control the outcome of every trade or what people think of you. You can only control your execution, discipline, and risk management. Thank you for sharing this brother. 🤍
2026 TESTED ME AS A TRADER, BUT IT ALSO TAUGHT ME SOME OF MY BIGGEST LESSONS. This year tested a lot of people, especially traders, and I was no exception. I started the year pretty well. The market was good, things were going smoothly, and everything seemed to be falling into place. Then I decided to start a signal service, and that was where things started to change. It was my first time running a public trading service, and naturally, I wanted to deliver the best possible results. I wanted people to see the value in what I was doing, and without realizing it, I started putting myself under pressure to perform. That pressure began affecting my trading. I started trading less. I became skeptical about taking my setups and even more skeptical about sharing them with the group. Trades I would analyze privately, with no intention of taking them, would play out beautifully. Some of the setups I wouldn’t even consider sharing with the group would hit their targets. Meanwhile, the trades I overanalyzed, the ones I hesitated to share, and the ones I canceled as price approached my entry because of anxiety, fear, and a lack of discipline were costing me opportunities. I eventually realized that I had never really experienced trading under this kind of public pressure before. I was so concerned about being dragged for a losing trade that I started making decisions that weren’t consistent with my own trading model. The irony was that I was still getting dragged for taking too long to share setups, only to eventually share some of the very trades I had hesitated on, including trades that didn’t play out. That forced me to sit down and reflect. I had to ask myself some difficult questions. What exactly am I afraid of? What am I trying to prevent from happening? And why am I allowing the possibility of criticism to affect my ability to do what I know how to do? A losing trade was always a possibility. Being criticized was always a possibility. Neither was new to trading. Yet, I was allowing the fear of those things to affect my execution before they had even happened. I took a break from social media and decided to go back to the basics. I conducted a 10-trade forward test, analyzing and executing ten trades privately, without the pressure of having to deliver results to a public audience. The result? I recorded 10 out of 10 profitable trades on the setups I tested. That experience reminded me of something important: my biggest problem wasn’t necessarily my ability to analyze the market. It was how I was allowing external pressure to influence my execution. When I returned, I still felt some anxiety about sharing trades publicly, but I made a conscious decision to stop allowing that anxiety to dictate my actions. Now, whatever I analyze that meets my entry criteria and fits my trading model, I share it. I don’t need to know whether it will win or lose before taking it. My responsibility is to follow my process, manage my risk, and let the outcome play out. I’m not someone who quits halfway just because something becomes difficult. The first time you do something new might not be your best performance, but that doesn’t mean you’re incapable of succeeding at it. Sometimes, you simply need the experience, the mistakes, and the self-reflection to become better. Don’t let the fear of criticism stop you from delivering what you know how to deliver. You cannot eliminate losses, and you cannot control what people will say about you. What you can control is your preparation, your discipline, your risk management, and your consistency. The very thing you’re afraid of might still happen. A trade might lose. Someone might criticize you. You might make mistakes. But allowing fear to influence your decisions can prevent you from performing at your best long before any of those things happen. I only started winning again when i made these decisions. 2026 tested me. Moving forward We’re going to do better.

FACTS! You don’t know everything in life. No matter how good you are at something, there will always be areas where you struggle or need to learn. I wanted to improve my performance with prop firms because, although I do well trading personal funds, I sometimes struggle to replicate that same performance on prop accounts. So, I reached out to her, and she didn’t hesitate for a second. She gave me her time and was willing to share her knowledge with me. She was graceful, patient, and genuinely helpful. And despite being a mentor to many myself, I walked away from that conversation having learned some valuable lessons. And I can tell you this for a fact: WHAT I LEARNED FROM HER WORKS. Some of you need to wake up and smell the coffee. Instead of spending your time trying to tarnish a brand someone has worked so hard to build, go out there and build something of your own. You don’t have to like someone, but that doesn’t mean you should discredit their work or try to destroy what they’ve built. Give people their flowers when they deserve them. Peace. -BC.

This context is to show the extent I can work to see others grow I was making payouts back-to-back when @billionair_code reached out to me to learn some of my secrets. He called me, and I took the time to speak with him, share helpful insights on navigating prop firms, and encourage him he is not close to me but I did not hesitate when he came asking . @Investor_ruthh reached out to me during some personal challenges. She wasn’t close to me I consistently checked on her through calls, shared helpful links, taught her different trading systems, and encouraged her to believe in herself because she is someone I really do want to see at the top she has tweeted about this on her timeline before now. @FortuneMMXM reached out to me for help with trading psychology. He told me about his struggles & called me I was really open to share with him , and I shared psychology courses and helpful materials with him. I continued supporting him until he achieved a big payout, after which he gifted me ₦100,000 in appreciation. @TpwithPolarity reached out to learn how I achieved huge payouts. I encouraged him and shared insights with him on several occasions. We had numerous calls, and even when he experienced payout issues, I helped him navigate the situation & he got his payout. He eventually gifted me ₦100,000 to thank me for helping him develop a bigger mindset about prop firms and showing him what was possible through substantial payouts. @CyrusOlogun reached out to me because he was experiencing challenges trading prop firm accounts & loosing them . I shared useful materials, offered words of encouragement, and gave him insights to help him navigate the difficulties he was facing. Today, he is making payouts back-to-back. When @Energycrypt reached out to me ,I was open to share with him some of my courses to help him understand certain thing in technical analysis & ask him to reach back to me incase he still need my help & if he finishes them to give him more to study. These are just are just a few examples of people who have reached out to me for help and received my support. I have always been willing to share knowledge, offer encouragement, and help others grow, even when there was nothing in it for me. I have never believed in gatekeeping knowledge. When I have something valuable to share, I share it because I genuinely want to see other people succeed.
