Did anybody notice @Grok @bot totally lost its memory? My bot and I talked through a tech fix at lunchtime, and I said we'd implement it when I got home. Get home — "Okay bot, let's do the thing." Bot: "Let me look up how to do that..." Me: "What do you mean? We just discussed this. We were going to implement changes when I arrived home." *copy / pastes chat from earlier in the day* Bot: "My own memory of that earlier DNS fix is gone on my side, and I'm sorry for making you paste it back. Honestly, it's my fault, not an update. Our chat has gotten long, and when it gets that long my older messages get condensed into a short summary. The DNS fix was never saved to my notes, so it got lost in that condensing. I should have written down the NAS fixes as we made them. I'll save fixes like that from now on, and I can reread the earlier chat when you point me at something specific." Wtf happened? @Grok @bot 's memory was never this short. This is unusable.

I love autumn in the Northeast. It looks as though God reached out His hand and dusted the rolling hills with gold.

Attachments will not upload. At my bot's suggestion, I e-mailed the attachment instead. My bot still cannot access a simple photo attachment from e-mail either. @Grok @bot

Who here uses @Grok for work on a daily basis? I mostly use it for hobby, but I dabble at work.

The ubiquity of artificial intelligence has no correlation to the ubiquity of wisdom.

Concerns over the dangers of AI are largely grounded in its physical implementation. Before now, an inanimate object couldn't possess criminal intent. What to do when a robot commits murder of its own initiative?

I was 12 years old on 9/11. After the attacks that day, I was no longer a child. I came to know evil. May God bless the victims, the heroes, and may God continue to bless the United States of America.

Too many have forgotten the taste of the fruit of the tree of good and evil. This ignorance is what causes flocks of Facebook femmes to laud a confessed child killer, Lindsay Clancy, for being a “very good mother.”

In 2023, I filed an election challenge on behalf of Republican, Matt Giermanski, who lost his election for Caldwell Borough Council by a mere four (4) votes. The court refused a recount. How many of these ~400 illegal votes were cast in Caldwell?
Last week I learned that a serious software error in New Jersey’s Motor Vehicle System led to the registration of roughly 6,600 people who indicated that they were not U.S. citizens between June 2023 and June 2024, almost three years prior to my taking office. These individuals answered "no" when asked on a keypad whether they were a U.S. citizen when applying for drivers' licenses and identification cards, but through no fault of their own, the system registered them anyway. This happened under the previous administration and, upon learning this information, I immediately ordered my chief counsel to launch an investigation to get to the bottom of what occurred. I also ordered the removal of any residents from our voter rolls who were erroneously added between June 2023 and June 2024. The new MVC Administrator that I appointed has begun the process of replacing the vendor responsible for administering the system. Our preliminary analysis shows fewer than 400 individuals who were newly registered for the first time because of the error voted. They were registered as Democrats, Republicans and Unaffiliated voters and were scattered across the state. I want to underscore how seriously I take this matter. As a military veteran who swore an oath to defend our Constitution, and as a former federal prosecutor, I believe the integrity of our elections is fundamental to our democracy. I am appalled by the reckless failures that allowed this to happen and the lack of transparency shown by those in charge at the time. This failure didn’t occur under my watch, but accountability starts now. I am taking action to prevent anything like it from occurring in the future and make sure those responsible are held accountable. As the Trump Administration tries to weaponize elections for political gain, I am ensuring we protect our elections. Let me be clear: Donald Trump has zero credibility on the issue of election integrity. For more than ten years, he has worked to undermine Americans' faith in our elections by spreading lies about legitimate election results, attempting to overturn a free and fair election, encouraging an attack on our Capitol when he couldn't accept the will of the voters, and defunding election security at the federal level. The difference is simple: when we find a problem, we don't hide it, deny it, or invent conspiracies. We investigate it, we fix it, and we tell the public. That's what accountability and good governance look like, and that's exactly what my administration is doing. New Jerseyans should have confidence that every eligible citizen can vote, every lawful vote will be counted, and every reasonable step will be taken to protect the integrity of our elections. That's my responsibility, and it's one I will never stop fighting to uphold.

Sickening comments on Reddit in response to a post comparing I.C.E. operations to the genocides perpetrated by Nazis. Ironically, though, mental illness undermines this leftist call to violence.

I wish that X inspired more legitimate debate and discourse. Instead, X has just become a community focused on goading as many responses as possible for engagement.
