Personally I don't mind grinding leetcode, I find it fun. I agree on the fact that proving you are able to reverse a binary tree might not be the best way to showcase the skills of a mid/senior dev

Even if you ask for a raise, you'll not get more than 5k (UK). If you change company you can manage to increase your salary by even 20%
No way they'll increase your salary by 20%, all this "get better" crap brings you nowhere except for more workload
I suffer from new daily persistent headache. I constantly, 24/7, feel pressure on my palate or close to my nose, and my face feels weird. But that doesn't stop me from working as a software developer 馃挭. Hopefully one day I'll heal completely
