The middle east is ahead in health tech and sandboxes But behind in health, something something necessity is the mother of invention
the craziest thing I've noticed out here in the UAE is how modern living is especially toxic for their genotype environment-genotype mismatch If you thought the standard American diet and modern indoor living was bad for us in the US, wait till you see what's happening here Take generations of pearl divers and fisherman and put them indoors with SADiet...what do you get? massive chronic disease infertility (IVF clinics here are making $$$), early cancers, insomnia, heart disease, obesity etc kind of similar to what has happened to Native Americans in the US but without the socio-economic implications and what do the clinics offer them here? expensive stem cells and shitty protocols it really starts with light hygiene. MSH is needed here. bioregulators will help. hormone replacement will be needed.

Things normies aren't ready to talk about yet: - Microdosing psychedelics - Peptides - Using N=1 studies to personalize medicine If you agree with at least one of these, you're ahead of the curve Congratulations

You can have agency over your health. But you will NEVER have control over it. Control suggests you have pure deterministic influence over the outcome of disease or fatal health consequences. Chronic chain smokers can live to 90. extremely fit guys can drop dead of a heart attack at 32. never fade the random number generator that is reality.

the moat is how much energy you have

Its insane that most people don't know choline is one of the most under-appreciated essential nutrients that is used to build or produce SEVERAL critical molecules: → Phosphatidylcholine: Cell membranes, bile composition and hepatic fat export. → Acetylcholine: memory, attention, muscle contraction + parasympathetic signalling. → Sphingomyelin: A structural component of cell membranes, particularly the myelin surrounding your neurons. → Lysophosphatidylcholine: A product of phospholipid remodelling, involved in lipid transport and signalling. → Platelet-activating factor: A signalling lipid involved in inflammation and immune responses. One nutrient contributes to the machinery responsible for cellular structure, neurotransmission, lipid metabolism & overall brain health. Its no suprise that it makes you unreasonably smarter.
JUST IN: Children whose mothers took choline supplements during pregnancy scored +8 IQ points higher at age 4 than those in a placebo group, major new study finds.

Being self-employed is like paddling a boat that if you dont stop paddling the boat ends up sinking, but you also have to maintain the health of the boat while your also paddling This is why people usually lead to having nervous system and health issues And why delegating your health to someone is a cheat code to unlock more energy, few understand this.

You will give negative and resentful people actionable inputs that will get them out of the hole And they will just give you excuses of why they can't hit those inputs Some people unfortunately are destined to stay in the same ruts until the day they die Unfortunate truth you must come to grips with

Paddling: generating revenue, acquiring clients, delivering work and keeping your business alive. Maintaining the boat: protecting your sleep, nutrition, exercise, recovery and mental health. Navigating: making strategic decisions, managing uncertainty and deciding where to direct your effort to what things. Also if you have a family theres extra pressure on your boat lol

The perfect health system exists and its 5 simple steps that anyone could execute: 1) Baseline — comprehensive bloodwork + health history 2) Identify — find the highest-leverage bottlenecks based on your bloods + history (pareto principle) 3. Protocol — nutrition, supplementation, training, sleep, lifestyle changes 4. Track — wearables + symptoms + biomarkers + monitor response 5. Iterate — retest and modify the protocol when things go right or wrong Turning data into execution is actually the hardest part of the process.

When someone disses my interests i remain completely unphased. why? because I don't directly associate myself with said hobby or interest. I participate, not integrate to the point I become it. Can list many such cases of friends who are easily triggered when you diss an interest of theirs & they bite hard. Try to cognitively distance yourself from your interests they are something you do, they are not 'you' so to speak.
