This notion that the Lp(a) reduction didn't lead to meaningful improvement in CV outcomes is mind boggling to me.
Reducing LDL from a target of <70 to <55 significantly reduced CV outcomes in just 3 years.
I'm not saying further attempts to see the effects of more intense ...
