bday tmr, i used to hate bdays because it would mean another year where i havent started transitioning. but this year, im finally free. free from a body where it hurts to merely exist. free from hurting from to looking myself in the mirror. free from transphobic family members.
thank you, im finally able to live as myself and not be an empty husk of a person pretending just to appease people who will never understand how i feel. this is probably my first birthday where i can actually celebrate as my true self.
