2026 年 10 月 19 日（月）午後 11 時 49 分頃から発生しておりました、ステラルーメン（ XLM ）の受取反映遅延につきまして、2026 年 10 月 22 日（木）午前 10 時 08 分頃に復旧し、正常な稼働を確認いたしました。
現在、ステラルーメン（ XLM ）の受取は正常に反映される状態となっております。また、本事象の発生期間中に反映されていなかった受取につきましても、すべて反映が完了しております。
お客様には長時間にわたりご不便とご迷惑をおかけしましたことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
The delay in crediting incoming Stellar Lumens (XLM) transfers, which began at approximately 11:49 pm (JST) on Monday, October 19, 2026, was resolved at approximately 10:08 am (JST) on Thursday, October 22, 2026, and normal operation has been confirmed.
Incoming Stellar Lumens (XLM) transfers are now being credited to accounts normally. All incoming XLM transfers that had not been credited while the issue was ongoing have also been credited.

Since approximately 11:49 pm (JST) on Monday, October 19, 2026, Stellar Lumens (XLM) received from external sources have not been credited to bitFlyer accounts as usual. This is due to access restrictions on the official Stellar API (Stellar Development Foundation), which bitFlyer uses.
We are currently working to resume crediting through alternative means.
Sending Stellar Lumens (XLM), as well as receiving and sending all other crypto assets, is not affected.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
